From Lima to the Sunday Table
In the late 1980s, my parents, Pedro and Gladys, made the courageous choice to leave Peru and immigrate to the United States to build a better life. Settling in Southern California, they raised our family with an unwavering commitment to hard work and heritage. As their oldest son, I watched them navigate a new country while keeping our roots firmly anchored in the traditions they brought with them.
Every single week, we gather around a table filled with the vibrant, unmistakable aromas of authentic Peruvian cuisine — from the bright, sharp citrus of a fresh ceviche and the smoky sizzle of lomo saltado, to shared stories over a pisco sour. For us, these flavors are the ultimate expression of love, resilience, and connection.
We founded this company to capture that exact Sunday feeling and bring it to your family. We are currently in the research and development phase of our product creation, meticulously refining our formulas with the goal of launching our first premium food line later this year. By combining my parents' rich culinary heritage with strict quality standards, we craft authentic Peruvian foods designed to turn any everyday meal into a celebration of culture, comfort, and home.
